“We paid for a luxury experience and got anything but. The limo had broken AC, the interior lights didn’t work, and the sound system kept cutting out. The driver barely spoke English and didn’t follow the planned stops. Called the office to complain and they refused to offer any kind of refund or credit. Total ripoff.

I tried booking with Empire Limousine for a corporate event and it was a nightmare. The dispatcher was short and unhelpful, and when I asked for clarification on pricing, I was basically told to “read the website.” I still went through with the reservation, but they canceled the ride the night before without even calling—just an email at 11 PM. Totally unprofessional and not worth the hassle.
I rented a stretch limo for my birthday, and it was honestly embarrassing. The limo smelled like smoke, there were stains on the seats, and the mini bar was sticky and empty. When I asked the driver to clean the back before we left, he rolled his eyes and told me “it’s fine.” Absolutely not the luxury experience they advertise. Avoid at all costs.

Be warned: the price you see is NOT what you pay. We were quoted $450 for a 4-hour rental, but they hit us with “cleaning” and “wait time” fees after the fact—even though the car was spotless and the driver arrived late. Final bill was over $650 and they refused to budge. This company is shady and dishonest. Stay away.”

“Go Car has the best caring drivers in the city. Their service in the mornings is great, and the estimated time they give you as to when a cab will arrive is very close to time. However, my reason for just the four stars is their service after 4 PM really suffers and goes downhill. No matter when you call them from 4 PM on, the dispatch always tells you 5 minutes for a cab. Before you know it, it is 30 to 40 minutes later before they show up, if they show up at all. And no matter how often you keep calling them because they are very late, it’s always the same story. “There’s a lot of traffic, it will be another five minutes.” Of course that 5 minutes can be up to a half hour long. This cab company is good, as I said in the mornings, it’s great, but after 4 PM don’t even bother calling for a cab, unless you want to hear, they will be there in five minutes. They should just be honest with customers. Nobody is going to wait over 20 minutes for a cab. And by the way, I’m writing this on September 2, 2022 and I called for a cab around 4:30 PM today. It is now 6 PM, an Hour and Half later, and I managed to get where I’m going in another company’s car, and I still haven’t heard from the driver who was only always five minutes away. They just never showed up, but were just five minutes away.”

I thought he had broken down and he was disrespectful to me and waving off the people beeping behind him.
He was looking around waiting on a far.

If he was broken down the why would you behave like a crazy person when I offer help to you.
